Associate Attorney – Tampa, FL

Satel Law is currently seeking a Commercial Transactional Associate Attorney for our Tampa, FL office. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2+ years’ relevant experience in commercial transactions. Primary responsibilities will include handling matters in relation to commercial finance transactions including government guaranteed lending. As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with our managing attorney in the practice areas of Real Estate, Finance, Business, and Trusts & Estates. 

Candidates should display the ability to work independently with a strong aptitude for handling complex transactions, exceptional analytical and writing skills, and effective communication abilities. Additionally, they are expected to actively participate in activities contributing to the growth and development of the firm and personal professional development. 

Requirements 

• Juris Doctor (J.D) degree from accredited law school  
• Member of the Florida Bar
