Laurie C. Satel focuses on the practice areas of commercial finance, real estate transactions, and business law with an emphasis on the representation of financial institutions involved with SBA lending programs. Laurie represents financial institutions nationwide, including regional and community banks, non-bank lenders, and private lenders in providing debt to clients. She regularly represents lenders in structuring debt financing for a wide range of industries, including hospitality, commercial and residential development, manufacturing, industrial, and multifamily investment. Laurie has closed hundreds of commercial finance transactions and has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating loan documents. Ms. Satel was born in Atlanta, Georgia and was raised in Reston, Virginia. She has been a resident of the Tampa Bay area since 2005.
